Standard Policy
Once your payment is successfully processed and VA Points are credited to your wallet, no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances. VA Points are non-transferable and non-encashable. They are designed to be used as service credits within VedifyAstro. We encourage users to recharge only the amount they intend to use in the near term.
Service Not Delivered — Wallet Credit
Valid Service Failure
If you initiate and pay for a service and the service is not delivered at all due to a failure on our end, the full amount deducted will be credited back to your VedifyAstro wallet. This includes situations where a session could not start, a report could not be generated, or the service was otherwise unavailable after your payment was processed.
The credited amount will remain in your wallet and can be used freely for any future service on our platform.
Technical System Failure — Wallet Credit
Platform or Infrastructure Error
In rare cases, a technical failure on our platform — such as a payment processing error, server-side issue, or infrastructure outage — may result in funds being deducted from your wallet without a corresponding service being rendered. In all such verified cases, the deducted amount will be automatically or manually credited back to your wallet upon identification and resolution of the issue.
We actively monitor our systems for such anomalies and will reach out proactively where possible. However, if you notice an unexplained deduction, please contact our support team immediately.
Mid-Session Disconnection & Incorrect Billing — Wallet Credit
Per-Minute Billing Issue
VedifyAstro charges on a per-minute basis for live consultation sessions. In the event of a network disconnection, app crash, or platform outage during an active session where our system fails to correctly process a stop or disconnection event, your wallet may be incorrectly debited for time the service was not actually rendered.
In such cases, you are entitled to raise a dispute. To do so:
1. Capture a screenshot or screen recording clearly showing the service was unavailable (error message, blank screen, disconnection notice).
2. Note the approximate time and duration of the disruption.
3. Contact our support team with this evidence within 48 hours of the incident.
Upon verification of your evidence, the disputed amount will be credited back to your VedifyAstro wallet. The credited balance will remain available in your wallet for use on any future service.
Wallet credits are permanent. Any amount credited back to your wallet does not expire and carries forward indefinitely. You can use it for any service — chat sessions, Kundli reports, horoscope readings, or any other paid feature on VedifyAstro.
Dispute window. All billing disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the incident. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered.
Evidence requirement. For mid-session disconnection disputes, screenshot or screen recording evidence is mandatory. We are unable to process disputes without verifiable proof of service unavailability.
Processing time. Wallet credits are typically processed within 24–72 business hours of a verified claim. You will be notified once the credit is applied.
